This Privacy Policy is issued by Learnture Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U74999MH2017PTC460694), a company incorporated in India ("we", "us", "our", or "Board Infinity"), with its office at 6th Floor, Agnel Technical Complex, Centre for Incubation and Business Acceleration (CIBA), Sector 9A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400703. We operate the Board Infinity service at www.boardinfinity.com and the InfyLearn learning platform, including white-labelled tenant instances provided to partner institutions.
Learnture Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is the Data Fiduciary responsible for your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA") — except where we provide the InfyLearn platform to a partner institution and process learner data on that institution's instructions, in which case that institution is the Data Fiduciary and we act as its Data Processor. In that case the institution's privacy notice governs, and you should contact them to exercise your rights.
At Board Infinity, we value your trust and respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy provides you with details about the manner in which your data is collected, stored and used by us. You are advised to read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree to the terms of the policy, please do not use or access the Service.
Note: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version number and effective date above indicate when it was last revised. Where a change materially affects how we collect, use or share your personal data, we will notify you before it takes effect — by email to your registered address, or by an in-product notice. Kindly review the policy periodically. This Privacy Policy shall apply uniformly to Board Infinity applications, desktop website & mobile WAP site.
We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to any 3rd party or use your email address/mobile number for unsolicited emails and/or SMS. Any emails and/or SMS sent by Board Infinity will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services & products and this Privacy Policy.
Periodically, we may reveal general statistical information about Board Infinity & its users, such as number of visitors, number and type of goods and services purchased, etc. We reserve the right to communicate your personal information to any third party that makes a legally-compliant request for its disclosure.
Personal Information means and includes all information that can be linked to a specific individual or to identify any individual, such as name, resume, address, mailing address, telephone number, email ID and any details that may have been voluntarily provide by the user in connection with availing any of the services on Board Infinity.
When you browse through Board Infinity, we may collect information regarding the mobile/ tab device details, domain and host from which you access the internet, the Internet Protocol [IP] address of the computer or Internet service provider [ISP] you are using, and anonymous site statistical data.
We use personal information to provide you with services & products you explicitly requested for, to resolve disputes, troubleshoot concerns, help promote safe services, collect money, measure consumer interest in our services, inform you about offers, products, services, updates, customize your experience, detect & protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity, enforce our terms and conditions, etc.
We also use your contact information to send you offers based on your previous orders and interests.
We may occasionally ask you to complete optional online surveys. These surveys may ask you for contact information and demographic information (like zip code, age, gender, etc.). We use this data to customize your experience at Board Infinity, providing you with content that we think you might be interested in and to display content according to your preferences.
We process personal data only for lawful purposes and rely on the following bases under the DPDPA:
Performance of the service you requested — to create and run your account and deliver the courses, coaching, assessments and placement services you signed up for.
Legal obligation and legitimate use — to process payments, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, keep the Service secure, and retain records the law requires us to keep.
Your consent — to share your profile with employers for placement, to send you marketing and promotional communication, and to set non-essential cookies and analytics. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (see "Your Rights and How to Exercise Them" below).
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with: service providers (processors) who process data on our instructions under a written agreement — including our cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services, in India), database and storage providers, a transcription provider for recorded sessions, AI providers used for content and assessment review, a code-execution service for assessments, and our communications and analytics providers; employers, where you have consented to profile-sharing for placement; partner institutions, where you are enrolled through them; and authorities, where disclosure is required by law or a valid legal request. Every processor that receives personal data is bound by contract to protect it and to process it only on our instructions.
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Account and learning records are kept for the life of your account and up to 3 years after closure; payment and tax records for 8 years, as required by Indian tax and companies law; marketing-consent records until you withdraw consent, together with a record of the withdrawal; and support correspondence for 3 years from the date of the interaction.
Your personal data is stored and processed in India. Where any processing occurs outside India, we do so in accordance with Section 16 of the DPDPA and applicable law, and we require the recipient to provide an equivalent level of protection.
The Board Infinity and InfyLearn services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly process the personal data of children without verifiable parental consent as required by Section 9 of the DPDPA. If we learn that we have collected a child's data without the required consent, we will delete it.
A "cookie" is a small piece of information stored by a web server on a web browser so it can be later read back from that browser. Board Infinity uses cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. No personal information will be collected via cookies and other tracking technology; however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.
Our site may link to other websites that may collect personally identifiable information about you. Board Infinity is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those linked websites.
Board Infinity has stringent security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Whenever you change or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. Once your information is in our possession we adhere to strict security guidelines, protecting it against unauthorized access.
Where we rely on your consent — for example to send you marketing communication, to share your profile with employers, or to set non-essential cookies — that consent is sought through a clear, affirmative action, is specific to the stated purpose, and can be withdrawn at any time as easily as it was given (see "Your Rights and How to Exercise Them" below). We do not rely on consent for processing that is necessary to provide the service you requested; that processing rests on the lawful bases set out above.
As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights in respect of the personal data we hold about you:
Right to access — obtain a summary of the personal data we process about you, and of the processing activities we undertake with it.
Right to correction and completion — have inaccurate or misleading personal data corrected, and incomplete personal data completed or updated.
Right to erasure — have your personal data erased where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, subject to our legal and regulatory retention obligations.
Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent you have given us at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal, and we may be unable to continue providing services that depend on that data.
Right to nominate — nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
Right of grievance redressal — raise a grievance about how we handle your personal data, using the mechanism set out below.
How to exercise these rights. Write to our Data Protection Officer at admin@boardinfinity.com, or raise a ticket at https://help.boardinfinity.com/portal/en/newticket selecting the "Data Privacy / Data Protection Request" classification. So that we can locate your records and confirm the request is genuinely yours, please send the request from the email address registered on your Board Infinity account and state which right you wish to exercise. Where the request concerns account data, please also include the mobile number registered on the account. We cannot action a request on personal data that we are unable to match to an account; if we cannot match it, we will ask you to write from your registered address. There is no charge for exercising these rights.
If you are not satisfied with our response, or if we do not respond within the period stated below, you may escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India, after exhausting the redressal mechanism set out below (Section 13(3), Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).

admin@boardinfinity.com is the single address for all privacy and data-protection requests and grievances. Please address such requests to it rather than to any other Board Infinity contact address, so that they are logged and tracked against the timelines below.
Timelines. Every grievance is logged with a unique ticket reference. We aim to acknowledge a privacy request or grievance within 3 working days of receipt and to provide a substantive response within 30 days. In every case we will respond within the statutory outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt, as required by Rule 14(3) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules.
